親愛的家長們，
請注意校舍使用時間調整：四月一日才藝課暫停；十二點放學。
除了扯鈴班參加扯鈴大賽的學生及練手語的媽媽/學生們之外，請家長於十二點到校接小朋友。
原訂於四月八日之課程，因適逢復活節 (Easter Sunday) 順延至四月十五日上課。
1. 紐約慈濟中華文化夏令營
活動日期： 2012年8月27日~2012年8月31日(9:00am~4:00pm)
地點： 慈濟長島支會會所 (LIE 37出口)

報名資格： 七歲至十三歲之青少年 (二至八年級學生)
報名日期： 名額六十位，額滿為止。請至紐約或長島人文學校報名
活動費用： 每人 $150.00 (包括學費、每日午餐、環保袋及襪套；營隊制服每人另加 $20.00-已有制服者可免購) 。請自備環保杯。 支票抬頭: Tzu Chi
8月1日以前因故退出者，可退回90%的費用。8月1日或以後均不予退費
課程內容： 民族舞蹈、扯鈴、跳繩、陀螺、生活體驗、自製素食餐點、茶道、花道、靜坐、靜思語教學。

2. 為了推動環保﹐讓它落實在學校裡﹐今年人文學一如往年繼續全面實施環保及垃圾分類。請全校師﹑親﹑生自帶三寶 (碗﹑杯﹑筷) 到學校福利社享用美味點心。
3. 請注意行車安全, 遵從志工的指揮, 車子勿上斜坡, 以策安全.

Dear Parents:
Please make aware that we need to dismiss Chinese school by twelve o’clock on April 1st. So there will be no cultural classes on that day except the Chinese yo-yo competition.
There is no class on April 8th. School will resume on April 15.
1. Tzu Chi Summer Day Camp is available
Date: 08/27/2012 ~ 08/31/2012
Age: 7 to 13 year
Location: Tzu Chi Foundation, Long Island
60 East Williston Ave., East Williston, NY 11596 USA
Fees: $150(including tuitions, lunches). Camp uniforms $20 extra.
Only 60 students will be accepted.
Register at school starting this week.

2. There is no school on April 8 (Eastern Sunday). It is re-scheduled on April 15th.
3. To help save Earth, our school will do our best to protect our environment as usual. We encourage you to bring your own container and eating utensils in our cafeteria. Together we can make our Mother Earth better.
4. Please follow the instructions of volunteer school guards. For your child and others safety, only drop off your child(ren) in the parking lots.
